One month in TCS completed. great experince.

             Time is very costly thing and one cant stop it and keep it, or even pause it. that apply's to me, yes that true  I was eagerly waiting to attend interview in tcs, I did attend interview in Tcs on 12th,March,2011 and I eagerly waited for offer letter. I got offer letter on 18th,March 2011. I egerly waited for joining date, Oh buddy after notice period  I joined in 27th april 2011.

Joined, what next project assignment. same again eagerly waited for project, finally project assigned in telecom domain. its become one month in TCS.  I am not aware of other project teams, but present team was a enjoying a lot. less work and more enjoy. I even not aware of other MNC's as TCS is first MNC's to me. its great opportunity for me to be TCS employee.

I hope will be enjoying in TCS as of now its really good. TCS brand itself great.

TCS is giving opportunity to diploma holders also. it great to me bez i m diploma holder with 3.5 years exp in java/J2ee development.

I thank to TCS management team for such opportunity's..

Being a Leader

Simple Simple, but Hard to me ... what is that? oh.. being a really leader like my brother.

When I compare to my uncle son kasimala Babu. I m zero in leadership.
bcz most people don't share their personal  feelings with me. even don't ask me suggestions. bcz I dont know how to reply & behave as he knows.

Many adults & uncles asking him suggestions & share their personal feelings with him, even women's itself shares their personal problems with him. why? .Just bcz   He is one who listens when some one talk. He is one who say nothing  when some says what they feel. He is the one who  can understand others by maintain silence, He is one who understands every one & behave according to them, do things . He is the one who has good planing skills.He is one who don't use mouth  every time. don't get angry.

But He is not one who is very sensitive.

I started being like him. but it still hard to me become like him

Mostly colleagues said that they are happy to work with me than others, they feel comfortable with me than others. I know  just bcz of i don't blame them for wt they did, even don't spend time to scold them, it's waste of time. I know I m exp guy so  I have knowledge than them.  I can do things better than them.

what to do when they did mistake. simple I suggest them to how to  dont do it. i found few of them who repeat same mistake 2 time's not more than that.later onwards they stopped it.  so   I got more results being leader than just being a senior.

Leadership qualities are not easy to learn. even not easy to do things like leader, We always be with patience & planing.  use people how you want.

If your right leader, than you wont feel that some one is wrong. if your not than you always feels that some one is wrong.

A leader Makes others  to do the things * execute  things.  if not scold s others  for every single reason.

To Being a Leader you should have   patience & planing.

What does it mean by loving Some One?

I have still confusion on this question, Loving some means do we need to do something for them by expecting nothing, or do something by expecting something.if I expect something from them isnt it love?, if result is doesnt matter to do things, is it love?. I dont think it is realy love, i think there are persons who want serve poor people or help society, so few expect encourgement, few expect results,few expect nothing, who is really loving them in that case?. to me expecting Results is love, if i m helping some one to whom I exepect to be good professional in education. doesnt mean love?. we should cosider it is love, other wise if dont expect such results, my help will be useless. so if we want help anyone which is really our intention & feelings. then expecting Results is real love. I hope this can be apply to guy& girls love also.

Last day I went to my uncle home at 6;30 pm , when i entered into home he was was reading news paper, after finising of wishing each other, he said about one news & given new paper,I took paper to read news in sakshi that was about lovers, let me give details of that news,

There were two houses located one opposite to other in near to taranaka. Sravath was staying in One house ,Priya was staying in other house. in 2004 they become lovers, they have planed to marrige, but their parent didnt accept their love, due to that thier marrige delayed. to convince thier parents it tooks 1year for them, that was good news, bad news was that Priya was unable walk ,bcz her legs got problem due to backbone dieseae,she was in bed only still Mar 2010. Instead of marrying some else Sravanth was taking her to hospital every day until her recover from that dieseae it tooks 5yrs to recover, during this time priya suggest many times to sravanth to marry another girl, but he didnt & said that "if I got same dieseae after marrige, will you leave me ?". after seeing his love none of thier parents oppsite to marry.when she recover they planed to marriage. that day was curfew in city due to communal alignations. they didnt stoped & went to temple in Bhuvanagiri which Nalgonda District.

I imprresed , I appreciate the sravanth in this case for his love & expectations, I think he expected to marry her, waited for her, he served a lot to her, I think he may great lover. even my uncle impressed & said that statement that he asked her is really great which is really tells what is love.


if your loving some one whether your parents, friends, poor peoples, childs, expect something from them, then do it. I hope it will really show the result of love. I love my mother very much who I m & what I m bcz of her. I have expectation on her, making happy, supporting all the ways.

Do we really need separate state for Telangana?

There are Good reasons Click here know reasons that Telangana MLA’s, MP’s, all people need to know , have to fight for those things, not just for making separate state.

Nothing will happen if central govt makes separate state for telangana. All stupid political leaders will fight for their minister posts, money. no one really work for developing the telangana. bcz there are many ministers,CMs came from telangana region. but no one worked for developing their region. for this reason you sud nt blame Andhra or Rayalaseema leaders and peoples. you sud blame ur region leaders, beat them and you sud encourage great & educated leaders who can solve problems of ur region.

There is big problem that have been facing in all over State. That is political system where one family members or same caste peoples are ruling a village,madals,constituency,Districts in our state. Politicians are giving money to win seat in elections.
So they work to get their money back & increase their profits. None of them will work to develope their constituency. Same thing happening in all over state. “ Then why few andhra districts developed then few telangana districts ? “ Bcz Andhra peoples cultivating fields, that create lot of agriculture jobs like farmers,kullies ..etc .so they earn money by exporting products over state & Country.

Main thing is that andhra region had lot of water resources,irrigation projects available for cultivating fields, but telangana region dont have.

In 2000-2004 Andhra & Rayalaseema region people face same problems as telangana people had. Bcz no rain , no water to cultivate fields. They went to all over country for food they need. In that duration they were not able continue their livelihood in their villages even farmers also. So we can undestand that Agriculture development require for both regions. Those are Water resources,increase irrigation projects. I think YSR intention might be that only.

Separate statehood is not solution for above problems. Present politicians are really stupids who is just asking central govt to make separate state without have proper plan for development of telangana.

I said “to develop state, we need to use all resources for Agriculture development”.so that all people will earn money not only for food.but also for their childrens education. education will help to develop individuality as well as increase employment.. and many befits etc.

There is problem in congress party from decades. that is no right leader to lead congress party in our state. due to that most of CMs worked shorter period of time only. if you can remember all issues happen after death of the great leader YSR in our state. You will get you know that.

It is not possible to honor Pm post for every state Mps for every year. If that possible then I cant think about India position in world. Same thing apply s to state also.

One day I was going to shankarpally madal,RR Dist. There were a “rely fast-onto death” going on Every junction in city. due to traffic bus had stayed 7 mins at one junction, there were one person giving speech about how andhra & Seema peoples cheated Telangana peoples. I think he is good speaker, he was explaining very well.Sound is nice. expressions are great .but whatever he said completely false statements. one statement I remember “Kohinur Diamod evaridi. adi mana telangana valladi. andhra nayakulu manalani mosam chesi tisukoni vellaru”. Then I thought “Oh my god how these people are cheating even their people for credits as well as making other region peoples to enemies. I attended to KCRs meeting, he also doing same thing.

You know there are many NGO’s working & fighting for poors, orphans, health, education from Andhra & Seema in telangana. Blame them also. It wud be great for you & your leaders.

You know that agreements between Andhra & c. Vice-cm, home ministers,other ministers post have been giving to telangana MLA’s only. Even capital also given to telangana only. Then how can you say that “No sigle agreement honored”.

I m not blaming telangana Leaders, I m blaming completely political system in our state. If we can change that , I can sure that poverty in our state will decrease. AP becomes 1 no state.

Dont break the 60 years of Indian Republic by dividing people with caste, area, religions.

I decide to tell a little bit about a person and his work for society.Dont loose confident about this article by just see 'society' word.I m not going tell about a social worker.not going discuss about any cinema hero, not going to discuss about any subject,even not going to discuss about rich man, or good talented person. I want share my opinion on a person and his work.

Now a Days most of people give respect by

• our designation ,
• our money,
  
• our talent,
• even our communication skills.

so Most of us trying to be in those position to get respect,to be great among few people,Even trying to best in work. above all cases tells that we are the selfish.being selfish you may be successed in personal life. but you lose happiness with neighbors,society.not only happiness but also help. if you help others that helps you.there are many situations where you need a help from others.Same thing apply to others also .Service is a main thing between each human being.We are using tool(money) to differentiate For every service that some one do it for us, we do it for others. it will help us to get service from to others.that is why money so important thing to every human being.There are many situations where you cant use tool(money) for service, even it cant help you any more. So earn money which you need it.but dont strict with that.

We have formed Government with some set of rules and rights we need them to live in society.we have formed Government to solve our problems,to live with freedom in society,to protection..etc. Everyone in the country have to served by Govt as we are tax payers or other payers. that is not happening in present Even India has federalism,rebulic,great political system. none of system applying properly. Bcz stupid peoples doing becomes MLAs,& MPs those even dont know what is their rules & rights ,

• with such leaders how india will become developed country,
• with such leaders how every one get their service from Govt that have to get.
• with such leaders how india will unemplyeement,
• with such leaders how will remove poverty,
  
• with such leaders how will use natural resources,
• with such leaders how will protect us,
• with such leaders how will get internal freedom,
• with such leaders how will stop regions, areas, caste based allegations,

Even after celebrate 60 years of Indian republic, but still there are many caste, region, area based fool leaders.

So we have to change our the political culture in India, if you any one wants become MP or MLA, first they have to be rich or Hero in film industries. rich persons will won by give money to each vote, heroes will won with their population. will they really can serve country as CM or PM, Minister. if they can do it, India might be become developed country. if same political culture continues. we can sure that India will be same position after 50 years also.

So we have to change with our votes, with our support to right political leader & parties.

I know one great leader who is MLA, was IAS officer, much more. he is also one who can change our fate.
